Beginning on April 1^st, the daily restart of the game server changes to 10 a.m. CET (1 a.m. PST / 4 a.m. EST). Restarting takes approximately 3 to 4 minutes. All games in progress at that moment will be saved and can be continued afterwards.

Reason for the changeover: The current server restart at around 6 a.m. CET, equivalent to 12 a.m. EST / 9 p.m. PST, interferes with the default playing times of the English speaking COW community in North America and Canada. The new server restart at 10 a.m. CET corresponds to 1 a.m. PST / 4 a.m. EST and thus will not cause any unwanted game interruptions. It also won’t affect the German speaking COW community, since gaming activity in the late morning local time is usually extremely low.
