Important Actions: Build House, Donations for City Expansion

You must visit the Masons’ Guild to build your house or expand it. If you click on the city’s current Building Project, you can also donate resources for the expansion of a public building, or renovate a public building.

When clicking on the counter, a window appears where you can choose if you want to expand/renovate your house, support the city expansion with a donation, or renovate an existing city building. The resources required for this action are displayed in the following menu, and you have to confirm implementation of the action by clicking on “OK.”

Please note that your house also ages. If you don’t renovate it, your house deteriorates after 3 weeks. Seven days before the expiration of the deadline you will receive an alert, which you can access inside your house via the News (click on books). You can renovate your house 3 days before the deadline expires. Your house will be downgraded by one level if you fail to do so.

Please note: Level 12 is the highest level, meaning that no further expansion is possible. A house of level 12 may therefore be repaired over the entire period of time.

In case you fail to repair your house, after 3 days it will be downgraded to the next lower level. If your house falls below level 1, you have to move into the Hostel again. Your house doesn’t age while you are on vacation and have logged out of the Online World. If your city has the Production Building “Sawmill,”  the houses are particularly durable and do not deteriorate so fast.
